EFFECTIVE: Sunday, December 6, 2015
Beginning on Dec 6th, we will introduce a new streamlined login process for Internet Banking with the following changes:
- Website Login - The Internet Banking login from our website will be streamlined to include a big orange LOGIN button for Personal Internet Banking and one for Business Internet Banking. Please note that we will be collapsing the Business and Business Premium options into one.
- Login Image and Phrase Removed – The login process will be streamlined by removing the Image and Phrase from the Password screen and placing both the Login ID and Password fields on the same screen.
- User device authentication and location will still be verified. If they are not recognized by the system, the same Challenge Questions currently used by Personal and Business customers; or the One Time PINs currently used by Business Premium customers, will be required to login.
NOTE: The Mobile Banking login process will not change at this time. Watch for more on this update in the future.
