Streamlined Login for Internet Banking Coming Dec 6

Beginning on Dec 6th, we will introduce a new streamlined login process for Internet Banking with the following changes:

  1. Website Login - The Internet Banking login from our website will be streamlined to include a big orange LOGIN button for Personal Internet Banking and one for Business Internet Banking. Please note that we will be collapsing the Business and Business Premium options into one.
  2. Login Image and Phrase Removed – The login process will be streamlined by removing the Image and Phrase from the Password screen and placing both the Login ID and Password fields on the same screen.
  3. User device authentication and location will still be verified. If they are not recognized by the system, the same Challenge Questions currently used by Personal and Business customers; or the One Time PINs currently used by Business Premium customers, will be required to login.

NOTE: The Mobile Banking login process will not change at this time. Watch for more on this update in the future.
