Warranty manager and purchase protection

Purchase protection covers you for eligible purchases that are damaged or stolen within 90 days of the purchase date. Simply dial a special 800 number, wait for the forms, fill them out and return them with your receipt. You will receive a reimbursement check to replace your item.

"For example, we recently had a customer that bought a computer," Shipped explained. "The screen was broken, so he's going to call and see if he can get reimbursed to buy a new computer because that had damage that was protected by the warranty."
