First Stand Alone Mortgage Loan Production Office
Opened by Landmark Bank in Prosper

Prosper, Texas, October 21, 2013 — On this special Monday, an indication of positive growth will be on full display. On that day, Landmark Bank will hold a grand opening in celebration of the first stand alone mortgage loan production office in this North Texas market.

The grand opening, which will include a ribbon-cutting by the McKinney and Prosper Chambers of Commerce, will be held from 5-7 p.m. at the new office location, 1180 East Prosper Trail, Suite 50. Hors D’oeuvres and beverages will be served.

As one of the fastest growing population centers in the U.S., knowledge that this new office was coming has created much enthusiasm. Texas Regional President Randy Hensarling said, “The Prosper and north Collin County market is poised for exceptional growth. All of us at Landmark Bank are thrilled to bring our style of real estate products and services to this emerging market. We’re committed to providing the best for our customers, or as we like to say, ‘a Landmark moment’”.

Being able to satisfy mortgage fund needs locally will be of significant help to the consumer. And with a population projected to surpass 100,000 by 2017, the need for an experienced lender offering local loan processing, is critical.

One of the challenges of growth is the community reinvestment needed to aid in moving it forward. This means keeping the money local, creating jobs and strengthening infrastructure. As a gesture of that support, to help area schools remain strong, Landmark Bank is donating $200 per loan closing to support this vital need.

With a local source to create mortgages, Landmark Bank customers will have several low-cost options when considering a mortgage loan—that can save hundreds, and possibly thousands, in closing costs.

“We’re excited to be in such a vibrant area as Prosper and Collin Counties,” said Laura Glass, production manager of Landmark’s mortgage division. “The people in these counties deserve a mortgage company dedicated to serving the community and the expertise our team brings to them—not to mention the best rates, closing costs and service.”

Landmark Bank is a community bank with $1.8 billion in assets and 41 locations in 28 communities across Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. For more, visit www.landmarkbank.com or call (800) 618-5503.
