Sherman, Texas, April 9, 2013 — The world is changing and growing. And as the economy recovers, Landmark Bank wants to ensure that it gives its customers the best services possible.
To do that, a “presidential” shift is taking place, ensuring that seasoned Bank officers are where their talents and expertise can best serve customers. This realignment not only further improves customer service, it positions the Bank for the growth that’s coming.
The moves, now complete, include Denison President Robert Sylvester, who became president of the Bank in Sherman; Pottsboro President Diana Williams, who will lead things in Denison, and Sherman Bank President Scott Hailey, the new Pottsboro president.
In other moves, Gainesville commercial lender Steven Sims, was named president of that Bank. And Robert Boone, who leaves his position as Gainesville president to become senior vice-president and community development officer for all Texas Landmark Banks.
“The future is bright for the Texas region,” Randy Hensarling, regional president for the Texas Landmark Banks, said. “And it’s because we have great bankers who understand the vision, and are willing to commit their talents where they can do the most good.”
Hensarling added, “In a recovering economy, it’s rewarding to see that we all want the best for the communities we serve. Being supportive of others is what makes it work.”
